Sales Controller/Showroom Manager

Permanent, Monday – Friday with alternative weekends and a day off every week

Must have Motor trade experience

Salary £33,000.00 per annum with £65,000.00 OTE plus Company Car

Working in a state of the art ARCH retail facility, we recognise that our Sales Controllers at a higher level within the business and you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Managers in achieving our retail objectives. Helping to train and coach a team of Sales Executive in a fast paced retail environment.

Excellent communication skils is a must as is previous sales management/control experience.

THE JOB

As a Showroom Manager you will be working closely with and alongside the Sales Manager ensuring the highest standard of customer service at point of sale and throughout our customer’s journey with us. Understanding the needs of the FCA as far as regulation is concerned, you will advise and support our customers (and Sales Executives) in the sales of finance and associated products. You will also reconcile payment for all sold vehicles and manage an industry leading customer retention tool.

An ideal role for an experienced Business Manager recognising that quality wins out over quantity.

SKILLS

You will:

• Have a strong knowledge and understanding of manufacturer-based finance process and add-on products
• Be entirely comfortable in a customer facing role
• Be a good communicator and coach to the Sales Executives
• A positive and proactive attitude meaning you’re a great team player
