• Based in the city centre, Hatchet Harry's are bringing the up and coming sport of Axe Throwing to Brighton
• We are looking for a fun loving, trainee manager to take on the journey with us!
• With a fast paced salary progression program taking you from £20,800 to £23,920 across 11 months of training and a packed rewards program for yourself & your team, we are sure this role is the ideal role for you.
• As the main key holder of our 8th axe throwing venue, you will be experienced in customer service roles and have some supervisory experience, but as long as you have passion, dedication and a want to learn, you don't need to have had a large amount of managerial experience.
• This role is perfect for the ambitious supervisor looking to step up to your first management position and learn the ropes as you go.
• Your hours of operation will be; Tuesday- Friday: 2pm - 9:45pm Saturdays: 9:30am - 7:45pm. We are also open Sundays and Mondays too.
• Your duties will include social media management, staff management, dealing with payroll and general duties such as booking management, cleaning, stock taking serving drinks, coffee and doughnuts and some maintenance tasks.
• Excellent customer service required and previous supervisory experience would be advantagous.
