Online Concessions Coordinator
We have a great opportunity for an Online Concessions Coordinator to join Harrods, who will get involved during a critical stage of the day-to-day functions of an iconic luxury e-tailing site.
About the Role
The Online Concession Coordinator will form the link between our Online Concession brands and the rest of the eCommerce business, by managing the deliveries of the stock to be scheduled through the production process and uploaded onto the website. Through close liaison with the Brands, Merchandisers and Production team, you will ensure that the flow of goods in and out of the eComms business is seamless.
You will be accountable for checking and processing range plans to ensure full product details are completed to deadline with complete accuracy, obtaining additional information as necessary. You will be attending to vendor and internal product data issues effectively. You will complete thorough checks of product information, pricing, and barcodes and will liaise with the Production team to ensure visibility of product deliveries.
You are the contact between online concession brands, studio team, and distribution team from a .com publishing and production perspective. You will monitor and facilitate the collection and return of product throughout the selling season. You will present delivery status and stock issues in weekly Trade meetings with trading team attendance.
About You
You will be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with our online concession teams in order to coordinate production processes in an efficient and timely manner. You will be an organised individual with an excellent eye for detail and a proven ability to work to stringent deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy. You are somebody that is able to identify problems and demonstrate a use of initiative to implement appropriate solutions.
You will also:
- Have excellent verbal and written skills specifically in regards to building relationships with brands.
- Have great numerate with strong computer literacy
- Have an intermediate Excel knowledge.
- Have excellent work ethics and the ability to multi-task.
- Have the ability to work remotely
