The Client Experience Assistant is responsible for offering a seamless and unrivalled customer journey, achieved the moment our clients walk through our doors, through personalised attention, intuitive and anticipatory service and in-depth knowledge of the breadth of Harrods services. Adopting meticulous attention to standards and a genuine approach to strengthening relationships with our clients, built fundamentally upon credibility and trust, elevate our Assistants to a world class team.

About You

Ability to thrive under pressure and work with efficiency and pace to successfully manage all customer expectations. Remaining calm and composed, you may deal with challenging situations confidently and in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary. You must be a fast learner, as you will need to quickly develop a full understanding of Private Shopping and be able to communicate this to a client when asked.

You will be a team-player, and will support the Harrods Concierge team within any requests. You will work as part of a team by sharing knowledge and demonstrating flexibility with regard to hours and days of work. Additionally, you will support Private Shopping outside trading hours when necessary, by attending functions and events to promote the By Appointment service. It is key that you have the ability to maintain strong relationship and work closely with Personal Shopper and Private Client Managers.
