About The Role
The Arnage Restaurant is the newest addition to The Motorist. The Arnage is named after the iconic corner of the legendary Le Mans circuit and offers high quality dining and conference space to cater to every event.
We are seeking Bar Tenders to join the team here in Sherburn in Elmet. We are looking for professional, high-energy bartenders with excellent communication skills to ensure that a friendly, efficient, courteous, and consistent service is always provided.
Duties include
- Welcoming customers, making recommendations, and taking drink orders
- Being knowledgeable of all food and beverage menus. To be able to prepare, present and sell all the beverage items – including cocktails
- Handling cash and card transactions
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety

About You
As a Bar tending professional you will have the confidence working within a fast-paced environment whilst using your eye for quality to provide the highest level of hospitality.
You will have a flair for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to maintaining high beverage standards, whilst having a knowledge of mixing and garnishing drinks.
The ability to learn new skills quickly, multitask, and remain calm under pressure whilst being a key team player.
