A global provider of safety critical communication and information systems is looking for an Office Manager to join their business support team. As Office Manager, you have overall responsibility for the smooth running of the office and supporting the UK team.
In return you'll have the opportunity to travel internationally, you will receive a salary of between £30-35,000, 25 days holiday, pension, private medical, personal development and training.
As Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the office and ensuring the office is a positive environment for the team
- Be the first point of contact for the team for any queries regarding the office, travel or customer events
- Ensuring our customers & visitors feel welcomed when they visit the office, and all security processes have been followed
- Management of all office supplies, monitoring of post and courier requirements
- Main point of contact & ongoing relationship with the building management team
- Support the organisation of Customer events & meetings – both at the office and at external events
- Support the HR team with recruitment and onboarding by welcoming interview candidates & new starters and providing a positive first impression
- Provide support to the Quality Manager and Head of Business Support regarding implementation of Quality Management procedures.
- Ownership of Health & Safety/ Risk Management processes for the office ensuring always up to date.

- Previous office admin or office management experience
- Experience in Customer service or People focussed role
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
