Production Operative - Panama Shift
Our Production team are critical to the smooth running of our operations, providing comprehensive knowledge and technical skill. We're looking for passionate Operators to join our team and have some fun along the way!
Total Potential Earnings
£29,125.32 inclusive of Shift Premium, Attendance Award and Bonus

Hours of Work:
Working our Panama shifts:
- Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Week 2 Wednesday and Thursday
Monday to Friday are 12 hour shifts, Saturday and Sunday are 10 hour shifts
Our mix that awaits you:
Saturday and Sunday
- Caustic cleaning
- Machine maintenance
- Machine Change Overs
- Cleaning
Monday to Friday
- Machine operation
- Cleaning
Ingredients that you bring with you:
- Previous experience in Food Manufacturing or wider manufacturing (Beneficial)
- Awareness / Knowledge of Health & Safety / Food Hygiene standards
- Good level of verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable and supportive team player
- Ability to work to and deliver on deadlines
- Ability to use initiative and work independently
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to new challenges
- Willing to undertake any training required for the role
