Immediate start temp role for a leading brand in Gaming who require an Office Operations Assistant for approx. the next 5 weeks. ASAP start.
Work alongside the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the general and more complex requirements within office operations and team logistics during a busy period. There are 2 Office Coordinators within the team who manage the majority of the day to day. Would suit someone from a junior office manager or possibly an office manager/PA background.
Duties:
- Ensuring a warm welcome in person and on the phones
- Documenting receipt of deliveries
- Meeting room management
- Overseas travel and offsite bookings (restaurants, activities etc.)
- Internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Process expenses
- Google Suite and Slack
100% Office based in Central London
