Bar Assistant - Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa, Cheshire - £13.50 p/h

We are recruiting for a Bar Assistant to take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of service on a daily basis within our Bars and Lounges, creating fantastic memories for our guests.

Your bar knowledge and passion will inspire others and you will enjoy recommending drinks to our guests and putting forward new ideas to the management team to help drive sales. You are the ultimate hospitality professional able to make each and every guest feel special and have the ability to encourage and motivate others in the team to do the same.

This role will mainly involve working late shifts and weekends when our bar is at its busiest.

About you:

• You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating good food and wine knowledge
• You’ll be a team player with bags of enthusiasm and a big smile
• The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential
• Previous experience in a similar environment is essential
