We currently have opportunities for self-employed Bedroom Sales Designers to work with us to cover all areas of Guildford/Surrey.

Our most successful Sales Designer (Bedroom) come from really varied backgrounds from teachers to retail and hospitality professionals to interior designers and salespeople. With our comprehensive training programme, we are seeking friendly, creative, and committed Sales Designer (Bedroom), focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience and exceeding our customer’s expectations, to join us and become part of our highly professional and successful sales team. Your ability to engage with our customers, build relationships, understand their needs, and match our products and solutions is what will bring you success.

We have a unique business model where the opportunity is for you to be self-employed. We can ensure you have a constant flow of work. You will have all the flexibility and benefits of being self-employed and managing your own diary but without the risk and hassle of setting up on your own, chasing payments and not having enough work.

We provide you with all the training, support, and development you will need to become a successful designer. Once you are fully trained our bespoke phone app takes care of all the detail and business elements allowing you to concentrate on what you do best: supporting our customers in transforming their home with quality fitted storage which not only fits their home and lifestyle perfectly.

As our Sales Designer (Bedroom), you will have the flexibility, autonomy and earnings that come with being your own boss yet will be part of a wider team and part of the Hammonds family. You will have as much work as you want, with our highest-earning designers taking home over £80,000 per annum.

We offer initial training and as you get to know our products and processes you will be able to start sitting your own appointments after the first 2 weeks training and can earn from £1,000 - £2,000 per week paid weekly. It will be up to you how much you earn.

You will be selling our stunning quality fitted furniture transforming our customers’ rooms to a high-quality finish so you must take pride in the difference you can make to their homes.

All you need to join is your positive attitude, passion for helping people make the right design decisions for their homes, excellent communication skills, your own transport and a valid driving license, an iPhone, and a laptop.
