We are looking to recruit the following role:
Operations Coordinator
To be responsible for the day to day running of the reception area and the conference building. To support the operations team with the coordination of several aspects including suppliers, tenants and quality. To be the lead with room hire bookings to ensure they are delivered to the highest standard. To plan, coordinate and support with room availability for internal and external meetings and network meetings.
