Headquartered in New York, Guggenheim offers a premier investment banking advisory practice to clients from offices across New York, London, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, San Francisco, and Houston.
Guggenheim is seeking an exceptional individual to join its Technology, Media and Telecom (“TMT”) Investment Banking group located in London as an off-cycle intern, with a pathway to potentially commencing a full time Analyst role thereafter.
Our London-based TMT Investment Banking team is a key part of our TMT practice and leads the coverage and execution of transactions for companies in that sector. The group advises clients in the digital sector on various financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity/equity-linked and debt financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and financial investments.
Off-cycle interns will join a highly collaborative team responsible for providing M&A advisory and capital raising (equity and fixed income) service and capabilities to corporate clients. Guggenheim offers a unique opportunity to work as part of small client teams on major strategic and financing assignments, providing meaningful exposure to senior bankers and client representatives.
We aspire to continuously refresh and cultivate a culture of Innovation, Diversity and Inclusion. In a client services business like ours, our team members are the product, the service, and the offering. Candidates should be top performers who are willing to work hard in an unstructured environment where initiative, creativity, maturity, and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued.
