Summary of Position
To provide a friendly and enthusiastic service, creating an amazing entertainment experience for all our customers. To ensure the safety and cleanliness standards are met and to secure the safety of customers and other members of staff at all times. To demonstrate a commitment to the culture and philosophy of Gravity.
Key Accountabilities
Greet and assist customers upon their arrival at the park or at each activity- Ensure that all customers participating in activities have a valid waiver, wristband (if applicable), are wearing branded trampoline socks and have no loose jewellery
- Ensure all customers watch the relevant safety briefings for each activity and, if bouncing, ensure customers also complete the full warm up.
- Ensure that customers and other members of staff are adhering to the Company’s Health and Safety policies for each activity.
- Coordinate the clearing of the activities of customers whose time has elapsed
- Ensure that all equipment and safety items are functioning properly on all activities and ensure that all walls, harnesses and safety items are functioning properly.
- Be compliant of all the relevant opening and closing checks.
- Attend to all injured visitors within your designated area and implement first aid as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all organisational policies and procedures, including those for stock control and cash handling.
- Undertake training as required by the Company.

Keeping accidents in the park to a minimum by enforcing the Company’s Health and Safety policies.- Following the correct steps to achieve the mystery customer report results.
- Achieving sales targets set by management.
