Expert Witness: Reproductive Nurses

GMS and Associates are looking for experienced Healthcare Professionals to act as Expert Witnesses in clinical negligence, personal injury litigation and other areas such as professional regulation.

We are looking for specialists with 10 years or more experience in their clinical field, currently in clinical practice or who have uptodate clinical knowledge and experience. You will undertake this work on a private/self-employed basis.

Your role as an Expert Witness

You will use your valuable knowledge & expertise to provide your professional opinion on legal matters.

This can include:

✔Reviewing documentation
✔Reporting on breaches of duty/causation/condition & prognosis
✔Attending case conferences with lawyers
✔Responding to queries
✔Writing statements
✔Undertaking injury assessments
✔Giving evidence in court
