As a TikTok editor and specialist you will be responsible for Gloss’s creative output on the

platform for our clients. You will work closely with our team and client’s to deliver cutting edge content which has been edited with a TikTok-first approach through your knowledge of the platform.

We are looking for someone that is personable, has a strong character but practices humility, demonstrates an understanding of client needs and can be diplomatic when required. The salary will be competitive.

To be successful our candidate will:

• Understands TikTok as a platform and all the features available to enhance content
• Have knowledge of Adobe Software i.e Photoshop and Illustrator
• Understand Social Media content and what it entails in comparison to other digital and non-digital designed media
• Be able to understand briefs at speed
• Work individually and as part of a team
• Communicate diplomatically and freely with other members of the team in order to create the best work possible for all our clients
• Have good time-management skills and apply
• Exhibits a strong understanding of the English language
• Be an ambassador for Gloss at all times

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Editing content for TikTok using video editing software, in-app features and other trending apps where appropriate
• Using your knowledge of the platform to advise clients and the team on the best way to execute trends
• Highlighting any current trends and editing styles to the clients and the team
• Being Gloss’s in-house platform expert and advising clients on current trends and trend executions on platform
• Demonstrating a positive, problem-solving and proactive attitude towards client wants and needs
• Working closely with the Team to ensure every piece of work is being delivered in the right time frame and to brief
• Identifying opportunities to further the Gloss product to go above-and-beyond our usual service, using this tactic to retain current clients as well as upset products to them
• To undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as may be required from time to time
• Developing knowledge and understanding of Internet culture and behaviours to continually innovate the Gloss business proposition
