Multimedia Designer – Beauty

Our client is a market leader in the beauty industry providing high brand products and specialist training through academies nationwide. Their renowned brands support salons and therapists worldwide with a range of both B2B and aftercare products and they’re looking for a creative multimedia designer to join the team asap.

They are searching for a talented and ambitious Designer / Video Editor who is able to create content that takes their beauty brands to the next level. This is a full time position working 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with hybrid working opportunities available.

Creative Designer

Core responsibilities;

· Producing market-leading, original graphic design for online and offline channels which upholds brand identity while supporting business objectives across their portfolio of leading beauty brands

· Developing art direction for photographic and video shoots, writing retouch briefs and editing amends

· In-house video editing using pre-recorded video footage to create engaging video content

· Providing support to other designers and content creators to develop on trend, optimised content

· Maintaining awareness of the creative industry, trends, styles and competitors - primarily with a professional and consumer beauty category focus

Video Editor

Required Skills:

· 3+ years’ experience in graphic design and 2+ years’ experience in video editing

· Experience designing across a range of channels including web, social media, email, print and packaging

· Performance driven, self-motivated and highly creative with a very keen eye for detail

· A team player with excellent interpersonal skills

· Strong time management skills

· Passion for beauty industry preferred

· Experience using: Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe Premier and/or Final Cut Pro
