Mid-Level Graphic Designer

Global Fan Network, the fast-growing fan-led sports broadcaster, is looking for a Mid
Level Graphic Designer to join the design team and work on some of the world’s largest fan-led sports channels.

The successful candidate will work with the Head of Design to create and design content for the GFN channels day-to-day, such as AFTV, DR Sports, The Kop TV,
United View and On Track GP.

Requirements

● Have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience working as a graphic designer

● Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop

● Be a passionate football fan or have had previous design experience in sport

● Possess basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and other programs within

Adobe Creative Suite

● QA on website and app design (managing front end of websites and apps)

● Have a basic understanding of how Figma works

● Possess a strong understanding of design for social media platforms

● Good knowledge of football and other mainstream sports

● Preferably provide your own hardware, capable of handling work files, with at least 16GB RAM

● Must be able to work unsociable hours, especially around Premier League football matches

● Must be able work in the London office for at least 2-3 days per week

Your role and responsibilities will include:
● Producing all required design work for the GFN channels, including video thumbnails, in-show graphics, banners and logos

● Assist with UI design, business decks, merchandise, branded content and other artwork for the GFN channels

● Working closely with the Head of Design to deliver all design tasks

● Liaising with the Head of Production and Head of Social Media to ensure that work requirements are communicated and executed

● Advising and assisting with conceptualisation of innovative advertising and marketing campaigns

● Maintaining an effective storage system for graphic elements, including all brand assets

● Ensure effective internal communications to ensure that workflows are efficient and productive

Salary to be discussed on application, but will be in the range of £22,000 - £26,000.
