Job description - Junior Project Manager
In this Graduate Project Manager role, you will be reporting to the Head of Delivery and getting stuck into multiple areas of the business from day one. You will be responsible for ensuring that project deliverables meet client requirements, are delivered safely and on time, and within budget across a wide range of activities. There will also be an emphasis on educating and informing clients about health and safety best practices, becoming an advocate for the relevant level of compliance. The role will require a mix of project management, technical engineering, and strong stakeholder management, with training offered in all areas of development. You must be proactive and comfortable working with minimal supervision, but also understand your own limitations and seek support/approval when required.

Key responsibilities - Junior Project Manager
In this Project Manager role, your tasks will involve:

• Managing a range of projects, with multiple live contracts at various stages of design/construction/commissioning
• Actively supporting the wider team in developing multiple large-scale flexibility energy projects across the UK
• Monitor and measure project expenditure against budgets throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
• Driving the company’s operating capabilities to achieve stakeholder satisfaction, retention, and company goals
• Ensuring the project is effectively tracked and highlighting early any potential issues

Job requirements - Junior Project Manager

• Degree educated within an engineering discipline ideally focused on Mechanical or Electrical
• Some form of commercial experience in Project Management, Business Analysis or Building Services would be advantageous
• A genuine passion for sustainability and making a difference within a hugely important growth industry
• A growth mindset, and keen to learn new skills
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to keep many plates spinning at once
• Fantastic communication skills, both written and spoken
