We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality assistant at Bupa Angel Court.
Location: London, EC2R 7HJ
Rate of pay: £12.50 per hour
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Delivering refreshments and food in meeting rooms on a three floors building
- Well presented and always smart as we do cater in the Head office for the executive Team of a well known private company
- To keep the hospitality pantry always clean, tidy and organized
- To communicate efficiently with GM and Supervisor and report any faulty equipment, late requests, order requirements, updates
- Helping out with the stock taking forthnightly and keeping record of the hospitality book
- Using Condeco system to check bookings, timings, location and attendees requirements
- Understanding of due diligence and keeping records of it daily
- Be confident and professional delivering fine dining waiting service for a maximum of 14 people, usually small lunches of 2-3 people (executives VIP)
- Happy to support evening functions when these are requested, canapes, nibbles, alcohol (roughly once or twice per month and latest finish time is 9pm)
