An exciting opportunity has become available to be an Administration Assistant within the Older Persons Housing Team.
As an Administration Assistant you will play a key role as the first point of contact in responding to enquiries from employees, customers and partner agencies relating Sheltered Housing.
The role will involve a range of tasks which include; dealing with telephone enquiries, processing invoices, absence management monitoring, minute taking, maintaining electronic records, carrying out customer satisfaction surveys, raising repairs and general administrative duties including; faxing, photocopying, ordering stationary & filing.
You will have experience of working in a customer focussed environment, dealing with members of the public in person and over the phone and communicating effectively. You should possess 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above or relevant experience.
Good organisational and IT skills are essential and you should be committed to delivering excellent customer service at all times.
