Summary

Garrard is experiencing growing demand for celebrity Loans, with increasingly high-profile talent wearing

Garrard jewellery to events. The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Production Manager & Head of

Celebrity Dressing to assist in all operational aspects of the two departments, including Production team administration and the process of celebrity dressing, full cycle, from talent brief to product return. Jewellery knowledge is not essential as you will be given full product training.

You will;

• Have a desire to be part of a busy team, with a very hands-on approach
• Have a keen interest in fine jewellery and popular culture
• Have excellent personal skills and presentation as the role will include visiting photoshoot sets and styling appointments
• Be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends when required (time off in lieu will be given)

Responsibilities

• Assisting with checking available stock for celebrity and PR loans and events
• Populating loan contracts with correct information
• Raising consignment orders and carrying out stock movements on the internal stock system
• Working with the Logistics team to book appropriate transport for product loans
• Hand delivering items to stylists/celebrities where appropriate
• Maintenance of the PR costings log, detailing all logistical expenditure and product repair charges
• Creating accurate shipping documents for international product shipments
• Providing key product information to the Marketing and Ecommerce teams for use in all brand material and online
• Collating workshop costs for review and supporting on special projects in production
• Assisting in all other ad hoc Production duties on a day-to-day basis
• Building strong channels of communication with all internal departments

Essential Skills

• Excellent self-starter who is keen to learn
• A logical thinker who is precise and has excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work to tight/immediate deadlines
• Proficient IT in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Good spoken and written English
