Here at g2 Nottingham we are on the lookout for our newest Recruitment Consultant's to join the team. It is a sales focused role, filled with incredible reward. We offer UNCAPPED everything - uncapped commission structure, uncapped earning potential and uncapped career progression!

Led by Sales Manager Alex Hill, the Nottingham office opened in 2021, and was g2's 2021 team of the year within the first year of being open. Alex himself started with the business in 2018 with ZERO Recruitment experience, and is now 5 promotions in and is a Million Pound Biller! • Uncapped Commission Structure - OTE for year one is an average of £40K! With a massively achievable earning of 6 FIGURES in your first 3 years!! (£20,500 initial base)

The role itself?

• Led by Alex Hill, you'll be trained to recruit in the UK Public Sector.
• Find and match the best candidates to our clients’ needs – help you secure repeat business.
• Target companies within your market to network – this will help you build up your client base.
• Consult clients on how to streamline processes, increasing their recruitment efficiency
• Develop sales skills as well as recruitment knowledge
