Our mission is to become the most trusted health partner and we are on the search for a full-time Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to support our growing operation.

The role itself will be based in Sheffield surrounded by a team of loyal and enthusiastic people with a real passion for this industry.

The right person will be involved in creating efficiencies within our global supply chain and ensuring our high standards are maintained throughout.

We are looking for an individual that wants to develop and grow their career as well as supporting others within the organisation.

Most frequent duties

• Managing overall global supply chain
• Oversight of performance of warehouse and fulfillment functions in both UK and EU
• Manage costs and budgets associated with procurement
• Overseeing internal and external functions to ensure smooth stock movement – Suppliers, Finance and Warehouse
• Inventory Planning and Management – Ensuring stock is at the required level, processing orders based on demand forecast and planning future orders.
• Reduce the environmental impact of the supply chain in order to meet our sustainability targets and commitments
• Develop relationships with suppliers
• Providing data analysis on key performance areas

Responsible for:

• Inventory Officer
• Operating Assistant

Person Specification

• Risk aware and meticulous attention to detail and an action-oriented approach to work
• Excellent communicator, with the ability to build and strengthen relationships
• High proficiency in Excel
• Analytical mind – Ability to use data to make decisions
• Sound commercial awareness and understanding of products and suppliers.
• Values driven with high levels of integrity
• Real world experience within a growing SME with sound knowledge of import and export

Package includes

• Flexible hours between Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
