AIRLINE CATERER CART PACKER

Fresh-Jet Catering Ltd has an exciting opportunity to join our team in Aberdeen.

We are In-Flight Caterers dealing with Regional & International aircraft flying in and out of the City.

We require staff to help make up and pack Carts for aircraft at Aberdeen airport. The job is varied and will also require taking in deliveries, maintaining good housekeeping of the warehouse as well as stock control. Working in our landside unit at Kirkhill place you will primarily be making up drawers for carts as per the airlines guidelines..

All the food we use for our scheduled aircraft is already pre packaged and no formal food preparation is required; although experience in food preparation would be an advantage as we also provide be spoke catering for private jets.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in the airline industry as well as within a factory environment (although not necessary as full training will be given), a high work effort, is fit healthy and can also do heavy manual handling. We also are looking for friendly easy to get on with people that can work on their own as well as using their own initiative.

You must also meet the following criteria:

• Be able to provide the last 5 years working history with accurate dates ( include in your application all start and finish dates)
• Have held a full UK driving license for the minimum of 5 years
• Be able to undertake a Criminal record check.

The shifts are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm although some weekends maybe required from time to time.
