Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit Commis Waiter/Waitress for our new restaurant concept.
Four Seasons Park Lane are excited to announce a new restaurant partnership with Yannick Alléno , opening Summer 2023. Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 15 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our new restaurant will be contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes will be rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.
Your role
As our Restaurant Commis Waiter /Waitress, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant team to provide impeccable service at all times to guests in Pavyllon Restaurant, Bar and Lounge.
The Restaurant Commis Waiter will thoroughly understand Four Seasons’ and Yannick Alleno quality standards in food presentation, beverage and service and implement them. T he Restaurant Commis Waiter will carry trays with food, drinks and dishes to and from the kitchen as well as serve beverages and other food items when required .
