Foundation Coffee House are looking for a friendly and outgoing part time floor team member to join our Northern Quarter branch.
As floor staff you will be reporting to the shift runner and play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers as well as ensuring they have everything they need from the beginning to the end of their journey.

What we are looking for
- We are looking for personable individuals who are passionate about Hospitality, people and the brunch/coffee scene
- A positive can do attitude, eagerness to learn and to work hard
- 1 year experience in the brunch scene is desired however training will also be provided
Job roles
- Taking orders & payments
- Assisting customers with the menus and answer questions
- Delivering food and drinks to customers tables
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Floor set ups and breakdowns
- Ensuring the floor is kept clean and tidy
- Daily cleaning duties
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Keep up to date with our online compliance system; Trail
- Working well as a team and supporting others when required
Working hours
- Your working hours will average at 16-24 per week
- You will be working a mixture of weekdays, weekends and bank holidays, so your full commitment will be required
- We operate daytime hours although we hold the occasional evening event where we may ask you to work
