Job Description – Centre Assistant Manager
Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week. Sunday working with a supplementary payment

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to tasks and be able to manage their own workload, be an excellent communicator with proven experience of working in a busy retail environment in an automotive setting.
Job Responsibilities:
· Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
· To ensure all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
· To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
· To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
· Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre
· Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
· Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle
· Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary
· To adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control
· To comply with reasonable instructions from Management
· The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times
· Liaise with Head Office and other Departments
The role reports directly to the Centre Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
