FM Conway are searching for an enthusiastic Multi Skilled Operative to join us at our Aldershot Asphalt Plant.

The Multi Skilled Operative Role:

As our Multi Skilled Operative you will need to operate the plant and associated equipment to facilitate production of materials for our customer’s needs.

Working within the Asphalt & Aggregate division you will plan and communicate information effectively to ensure that all customer requirements can be met.

Responsibilities as our Multi Skilled Operative:

• Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner that complies with FMC procedures

• Loading of material onto vehicles

• Undertaking all loading shovel operations as required

• Operating all weighbridge functions as required

• Following site Health & Safety procedures

• Contributing to overall well-being and profitability of the site and the business

What we’re looking for in our Multi Skilled Operative:

To be considered for this role It is essential that you are a team player, with good communications skills and a full UK driving license. You will be flexible, computer literate and health and safety conscious. Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable.
