We are looking for an energetic Fish Fryer. Some chef experience is preferred, however we do offer ongoing training and a winning attitude is more important than a lengthy C.V
We aim to provide the best fish and chips in the Bingley area, through a combination of carefully sourced products, traditional techniques and the skills you will have honed through your experience as a fryer

Job Purpose -
As a Fryer you get to oversee the beating heart of the operation. You will have bags of stamina and enjoy the fast pace of working in a popular busy takeaway & restaurant. You also need to be able to stay calm and conduct your team especially during those busy Friday teatimes. As a fryer you need to be confident enough to manage the demands of the busy take-away & restaurant , often while maintaining clear communication with team members on the counter…….. PHEW!
Key Responsibilities -
Along with the usual skills & responsibilities required for a role of this nature from an applicant of your calibre, we also require:
- You to be an A-TEAM player
- Proudly prepare & produce the best fish & chips for miles around.
- Manage stock levels and processes
- Oversee the day to day operations of the kitchen delegating where necessary
- Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
What hours will you work…
- Approximately 40hrs a week
- A combination of days evenings weekends & holidays

- It can get busy, especially on a Friday teatime
