The Hotel Receptionist Role

As Hotel Receptionist your duties will include welcoming guests to the hotel, making bedroom bookings, upselling extras whilst supporting our concierge team, show rounds and general day to day hotel reception duties.

You will have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Knowledge of hotel reservations systems would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.

This role is inclusive of weekend work with 2 days off in the week. Weekday shifts: 05:45 – 14:15, weekend shifts: 06:45 – 15:15.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a receptionist or front of house role is necessary, ideally within a spa
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
• The very best customer service skills and approach is essential
• Understanding of what service standards are required in a luxury hospitality venue
• Knowledge of reservation systems would be an advantage
