GENERAL MANAGER at Harrow Leisure Centre
Full time position – Excellent salary plus benefits

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

Harrow Leisure Centre is a multifaceted facility that sits at the heart of the Harrow community. 5,000

fitness members, 2,500 swim scheme, 15 badminton courts and an events business with the potential to push towards £500,000 annually. This role would suit an experienced manager looking for a new challenge and to push on into a contract management role . A sales and retention focus is vital so candidates must be target driven with high customer service standards and a proven track record for success.

We need a General Manager who will…
Be passionate and determined to drive forward new business, to exceed sales and revenue targets

whilst delivering a high standard of customer service and retention

Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximise the overall

profitability of the centre

Manage their time and ensure deadlines are met for reporting and projects

Manage health, safety and quality standards within their centre and has IT experience

Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and

integrity as you interact with your team and centre members whist embracing our company values

This centre boasts large main and teaching pools, 3 gyms including a ladies only gym, 3 sports halls with a

combined 15 badminton courts, various other dry activity spaces and 2 large function spaces, the largest of which

has a capacity of 1,800 guests, therefore requires a manager who can inspire and lead a team.

Salary: £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
