Due to our expanding business, we have an exciting opportunity for a transporter loader to join our friendly team. This is not your usual role you'll be Loading a range of vehicles from everyday family cars, iconic movie cars, dream cars, hyper cars, and everything in between.
Everyman Racing is the largest supplier of driving experiences and events, currently supplying over 200,000 drives per year. We operate from our own facility at the site of the Prestwold driving centre which is based in Leicestershire at our purpose-built race circuit.
As a Loader at Everyman Racing, you will be provided with the equipment you need, and you will be a vital part of the business! All we ask is that you have a full driving licence and have experience in loading transporters or cars but not essential (training will be provided).
What you'll be doing
- Loading and unloading vehicles on to 12 car transporters safely
- walk arounds of the vehicles before loading
- Setting the decks of the transporters to make sure the vehicles are secure and all decks are locked in place
- Measuring the transporters to make sure they are set to a safe height
- All loading equipment is well looked after and maintained
What we are looking for
- Experience in loading transporters or cars but not essential (training will be provided)
- Self motivated
- Good work ethic
- Be keen to learn new skills and ways of working
- No more than 6 points for minor offences
- Great communication skills and a passion for meeting the highest standards set
The working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 30 minutes for lunch. You’ll also be required to work 2 Saturdays a month on a rota at our scheduled driving experience events both at our Prestwold home base and various circuits around the UK. For away events transport and hotel accommodation is provided.
