OUR EXCITING OPPORTUNITY
We are now looking for an Environment, Health & Safety- Subject Matter Expert, to provide comprehensive Environment, Health & Safety support for relevant organisation, coordinate responsibilities to meet business needs and ensure compliance with requirements and procedures.


YOU WILL:

  • You will deploy EHS Policy, Group Directives and Regional Programs
  • Define and implement EHS programs and secure adherence to strategy and targets
  • Supervise, control and report EHS performance
  • Provide functional EHS expertise
  • Work with international and local stakeholders and our important customers
  • Be part of an international EHS team


TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Education: A recognised formal EHS qualification e.g. degree or diploma (Example Post Grad / Degree and MSc in EHS Health and Safety Management or IOSH and/or NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or other recognised certification.) (i.e. ISO45001, ISO14001, OSHA, Incident Management certification) or proven relevant experience
  • Effective in communication and negotiation, with strong leadership, mentoring and influencing skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience in Environment, Health & Safety
  • Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility skills
  • EHS knowledge and skills
  • Sophisticated stakeholder management skills
  • Results driven
  • Change & Improvement Leadership skills
