If you have a passion and genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people, providing an outstanding welcome to our beautiful properties and at the same time relish the opportunity to turn this engagement into membership, this could be the role for you.
As a Senior Membership Recruiter, you will join an amazing team of employees and volunteers, making sure all our visitors have a great time from the moment they arrive until they say goodbye. You will be visitor focused as part of the welcome team at site, providing excellent customer service, where your passion and enthusiasm will engage and inspire our visitors to become members of English Heritage, helping them to see more and do more at our properties whilst helping us to secure the long term future of the Charity.
