Empower Energy is an independent, fast growing and evolving Renewable Energy and Electrical Contracting Company based in Ringwood, Hampshire. We specialise in the bespoke design and installation of Solar PV installations, electrical systems and have built an incredible reputation over the past 13 years. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our unique, friendly and fast growing team, in an office based capacity full time, having recently experienced huge growth in a short amount of time and continuing to do so.

The successful applicant will ideally come from a digital marketing background, have experience of website optimisation, SEO and content strategy, with a great energy for client communication and team dynamics.

Role Purpose

As Digital Marketing Executive you will be covering all aspects of our marketing as well as re-writing our website, creating new content, keeping on top of our social media ads and performing SEO updates.

Responsibilities

Main Duties

· Manage all our social media marketing and increase presence

· Plan, optimise, implement and manage our website content, SEO and content strategy for our WordPress website

· Perform keyword research to identify gaps and opportunities

· Market the company in new, dynamic ways to generate new leads

· Monitor and repost on organic performance

· Research and create compelling, keyword-rich content

· Regular auditing of on-page, off-page and technical SEO efforts

· Keep abreast of new or growing keyword trends

· Come up with new marketing strategies and campaigns

· Translate insights into actionable tasks

· Conduct computer analysis to benchmark overall performance

· Ensure the customer journey is considered at all times with any changes made.

· Re-write/analyse current website

Skills & Experience required

· Full understanding WordPress site structure

· Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft office and CRM

· Experience of social media marketing and creating content

· Experience with digital SEO tools such as Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Mango Tools, Trello, Keyword planner and google analytics

· Willingness to keep up with Google’s algorithm changes

· Knowledge of HTML, CSS and other programming languages

· Good written and spoken English skills

· A desire to keep up with organic search industry trends and conduct research into computer activity

· High attention to detail

· Understand Wordpress system

· Self sufficient, self driven and inquisitive

· Creative and passionate

· Experience with link building and PPC

· Marketing experience

· Search engine optimisation
