A provider of Health and Social Care Services, with quality and dignity at the heart of what they do, has now a fantastic opportunity for an International / Local Community Care Assistants Worker to join their Health Care Services within London Southeast Surrounding Areason a full-time permanent basis.
Supported Living Domiciliary Care Worker Description:
The role for this position varies, but includes providing assistance with personal care, meal preparation, monitoring of medication and providing well-being checks.
· Candidate will actively support and encourage independence of our Service Users.
· To be person centred in all aspects of your role.
· To carry out and undertake specific and general tasks which will provide good quality of health, welfare and well-being of service users.
· To contribute, develop and implement services user`s individual care and person centre plans.
· To work flexibly to meet peoples’ support needs

Qualifications and skills:
o Experience in the care industry is an advantage but not necessary as training is provided.
o Possession of the Care Certificate is an added advantage.
o Excellent interpersonal skills and time management.
o Good spoken and written English is essential.
o Ability to understand and adhere to given policies and procedures.
