Site Manager

Emanuel Whittaker Limited has been operating since 1837. We provide construction, regeneration and refurbishment projects to a variety of local authorities and social landlords across the North West.

Role:

• Must be experienced in large local authority and housing association refurbishment projects
• Must be able to work with the client in surveying and scheduling the works prior to commencement on site. The projects will be kitchen & bathroom refurbishment, multi-trade and sub-contractor control is an essential element of the job
• The ability to hand over projects to budget and on time is critical; as is the excellent relationship which must be maintained with clients and residents
• Ensure on site Health, Safety, Quality, and environment standards are met

Experience and Qualifications:

• Relevant Qualifications in relation to the work being carried out, i.e CSCS SMSTS LV6 Site Management
• Up to date knowledge of current industry standards
• Asbestos Awareness
• A current first aid qualification would be an advantage
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
