We are seeking a full-time, highly skilled and experienced videographer & editor to join our expanding team in Stamford, Lincolnshire. Eldraw Creative Media is growing a team of in-house video content experts to help our clients achieve growth via professional and engaging video & photo assets.

You’ll need a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in these fields, along with an outstanding portfolio that showcases your talents and skills. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the business owner and freelance team members to produce high-quality video content and photography for various clients and projects. Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing video shoots on location and in-studio
• Shoot still image photography as part of social media video/photo packages.
• Help document behind the scenes for our own promotion.
• Set-up lighting and audio equipment, both in studio and on location
• Edit videos to an excellent standard, including colour correction, text, sound & mid level animation.
• Liaise with existing and new clients in a professional manor, via email, telephone or social media accounts.
• Contribute fresh and engaging ideas both for client work, and our own marketing campaigns.
• Outreach to new potential clients during quieter periods.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies

Qualifications & Skill Sets:

• Valid UK Driving Licence
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in videography and editing
• Strong understanding of video production and post-production techniques
• Competency on Apple Mac computers
• Competency on Sony Mirrorless Cameras
• Proficiency in editing software, primerily Final Cut Pro X. As well as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• A good standard of still photography & image editing using Lightoom & Photoshop.
• A keen understanding of social media trends and usage, and the ability to repurpose content for different platforms.
• Time-keeping, organisation skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to confidently run shoots on your own when necessary
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under tight deadlines

• Salary: £24,000- £26,000.00 per year based on experience
• Commission/bonuses available for introducing & signing new clients
• Office hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Shoot day hours will vary depending on location. On the rare occasion shoots may require overnight stays.

• Casual office dress code. Smart casual uniform on set (where appropriate)
• Mileage expenses paid when travelling to shoots
