Our head chef Joseph Procak creates exquisite dishes, serving the very finest traditional fish and meat dishes, along with seasonal game and offal. Our head Chef is a firm believer in showcasing the best of Wales and takes pride in meeting local producers and farmers to ensure our produce is second to none.
Our collection of more than 800 wines, includes rare vintage wines to attract the most discerning connoisseur. One of the best-stocked wine cellars outside London.
SENIOR SOUS CHEF
£45k to £50k per year
A Senior Sous Chef is required to work with and assist the Head Chef in the daily running of this multi outlet Restaurant.
Essential
· Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification
· Minimum of 2-year experience working as Senior Sous Chef
· Able to work weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & bank holiday Mondays)
· Flexible attitude to work
· Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
· Hardworking, demonstrating a ‘can do, will do’ attitude.
You will need to be eligible to work in the UK with a valid NI number.
