We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our talented kitchen team at The Radisson Blu Edwardian Vanderbilt Hotel.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join The Radisson Blu Edwardian Vanderbilt Hotel as a Head Chef.
It is essential you have previous Head Chef experience within a multi outlet hotel operation within a quality driven fresh food environment.
Ensure that the highest quality of food is prepared and served and overall quality control across the kitchen and sections as required.
Deliver and achieve the company budgets and gross profit margins.
Coach and mentor, the brigade to ensure they achieve their maximum potential.
About You:
It is essential you have previous Head Chef experience within a multi outlet hotel operation within a quality driven fresh food environment.
Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Confidence to communicate with other chefs and build rapport amongst the team.
