Our mission

In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldn't find this, they decided to make their own. Now, 6 years later, our pack has 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

What type of breed are we looking for?

We are looking for a magnificent video editor / motion graphics designer to join our digital creative team and support in creative scroll-stopping video content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Your mission: to educate pet owners on what goes into pet food (junk ingredients), and convince them to switch to Edgard & Cooper (junk-free food) through eye-catching, industry leading digital video content.

What will be in your bowl?

In short, crafting industry-leading digital ads.

A bit longer:

• Working with our digital creative team to conceptualize, draft & produce industry-leading video ads for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You will be involved from ideation brainstorms right through to asset delivery,
• Transcreating English original assets into other languages.
• Bring storyboards and scripts to life through video editing and exciting motion graphics.
• Ensure consistency of our brand guidelines across all of our digital assets.
• Ability to prioritise and communicate with the team, along with managing your own workload.
• Solve an array of challenges through visual design. You play an active role in mediating creative problems to arrive at the best possible solution.
• We’re a scale-up, you’re a designer - life is full of surprises, so we might throw in some other fun stuff too

What skills & tricks should you bring?

• You have minimum 3 years experience in motion graphics and video editing. You’ve reached the level you can work independently without the need for much review.
• You have been schooled in the full Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• You’re able to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines.
• Time management has no secrets for you anymore, you can multi-task and feel comfortable speaking with a lot of internal clients.
• You’re great with English, other languages are a plus.
• No need to have 4 legs & a tail, you don’t have to be perfect
