You will be involved in:
- Welcoming, approaching guests in a friendly manner
- Coordinating front-desk activities
- Managing reservations
- Handling customers enquires and complaints
- Responding to phone calls in a professional manner
- Being vigilant
- Assisting in various general administration roles when necessary.
