Position Scope & Strategic Mandate

East Sussex County Council is actively seeking a high-caliber Homes for Ukraine Team Programme Manager to join their specialized team based in . In this role, you will be instrumental in executing critical organizational objectives, driving standard operating excellence, and contributing to the strategic advancement of the Government & Public Administration department across the United Kingdom operating corridor.

Key Operational Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Lead, architect, and deliver mission-critical Government & Public Administration initiatives in alignment with enterprise quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate across cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient workflow execution and transparent stakeholder communication.
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards, data privacy compliance, and statutory United Kingdom workforce protocols.
• Identify continuous performance improvements, automate recurring workflows, and optimize team productivity metrics.
• Produce high-fidelity operational reports, risk assessments, and executive status briefings for senior leadership.

Candidate Qualifications & Core Competencies

• Demonstrated professional track record in Government & Public Administration or related domain disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving capability, analytical acumen, and executive verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to operate independently in high-velocity environments while managing competing priorities.
• Working familiarity with industry-standard toolchains, compliance frameworks, and digital collaboration software.
• Legal authorization to work in United Kingdom (Corridor sponsorship or standard work permit eligibility).
