Social Media Executive

Following a full company rebrand, we have an opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Social Media Executive to join our in-house Marketing team.

The Social Media Executive will totally own the day-to-day running of Dupli social media activity across multiple channels by developing and deploying top notch content. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the wider marketing team and our clients to create all the necessary assets to enable us further grow our brand new look and feel alongside ambitious growth plans.

We think this is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team, where you will be able to make a real impact on our brand's social media presence. There’s some seriously well respected fine art and photography brands to add to your portfolio, too, including Kodak, Hahnemuhle and Epson.

What you’ll be doing:

● Manage and owning the social media calendar

● Execute the social media strategies for the company’s brand across all social channels.

● Create engaging social media content for various platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok.

● Create (design) all necessary assets for social media campaigns.

● Track and analyse social media metrics and provide reports on performance and optimisation opportunities.

● Video editing, optimising and adding effects is essential for this role

● Monitor and respond to customer enquiries and complaints via social media.

● Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our social media strategy remains innovative and effective.

● Use initiative to make quick and informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Please apply if you have:

● Minimum of 1 year experience in social media environment

● Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects) is essential (with demonstrable experience)

● Experience managing social media campaigns

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Analytical skills

● Excellent attention to detail

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, using initiative to solve problems

● B2B experience is preferred but not essential
