Full Time Production Line Workers needed to join our team at Duncan's of Deeside in Laurencekirk!
We are looking for staff with an Opportunity to Start Immediately.
About Us
We are a family-run shortbread and oatcake company, supplying local, national, and international customers with our prize-winning products. Over the past 5 years, sales and company growth has been rapidly expanding, making this is an exciting opportunity to join our team.
It is a fast-paced environment with the focus on manual handling. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Biscuit packing
Stock control
General Housekeeping
Oven duties
Following strict food safety and hygiene procedures
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Accurate document recording
Essential qualities applying candidates must possess:
- Strong work ethic
- Reliability and punctuality
- Understanding of English
- Team player mentality
- Their own transport (this is mandatory - public transportation is unreliable)
- 18 years of age or older
Previous production experience is desirable, but not essential. However, a positive attitude is a must. Comprehensive in-house training will be provided.
Shifts are Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:15pm and 2:00pm - 10:15pm. Please note: Shift times alternate every two weeks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £10.57 per hour
