Dual Seal Glass (A Vandaglas Company) are the UK's leading independent processors of high-performance vision and insulated spandrel glass panels for the construction industry. Our glass has been used in many iconic projects across the country including universities and colleges, leisure centres, football clubs, hospitals, hotels and offices.
Due to continued success, we are happy to announce that there’s an opening for a Sales Coordinator in our Sales Department.
The Sales Coordinator will be part of Sales Team and focus on acting as a link between Sales, Transport, Production/Planning and Finance.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Deal with incoming calls, speaking to customers to resolve any service issues.
- Keep customers informed of order progress at all times, via verbal, electronic and written formats.
- Resolve any issues to ensure prompt manufacture and delivery, reporting of issues to Operations.
- Monitoring contract progress from entry through to completion.
- Helping monitor sales against the monthly budget/targets.
- Working to assist finance with invoicing and credit issues.
Essential Skills:
You will need to be confident in dealing with customers, articulate on the telephone and a good communicator.
You will be passionate about good service and have:
- Confidence in using in house computer systems to access and maintain computerised records.
- Able to prioritise workload in a busy environment.
- Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great time management and organisation skills.
- Positive, can-do, friendly and professional approach.
- Experience in a similar role within a construction or manufacturing environment is desired but not essential as full training will be given.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:45pm (with a 3:30pm finish on a Friday).
