Main Responsibilities
- Using our very own 3D planning software to help customers with their own online designs, making them feel at ease and offering guidance they require to create their dream kitchen.
- Checking over 50 kitchens plans
- Answering general and kitchen specific enquires through various communication channels
- Provide exceptional customer support to give the customers a fantastic buying experience
About you:
- You must have experience within the kitchen industry
- Must have excellent time management
- Be customer focused
- Able to work well within a team and individually
- Confident IT Skills - able to navigate through various computer systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to communicate in a confident, clear, and friendly manner
- The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility towards working hours as overtime may be required on some days
- Positive attitude towards work
