disguise sits at the heart of the most inspiring live and virtual experiences in the world, leading the market in building a software and hardware solution that designs, sequences and controls the most spectacular productions across film and TV, broadcast, live and corporate events.
What you will do:
- Day to day credit management producing weekly debtor reports & reconciling movements
- Negotiating payment plans, dealing with billing issues etc.
- Ensuring all SLA’s are met regarding invoice requests
- Assisting the Finance Controller in the reporting of metrics around the AR.
- Sending Invoices out to clients and chasing unpaid invoices.
- Liaising with customers and building strong relationships.
- Maintaining sales ledger and ensure all bookings are posted on time.
- Fully responsible for the credit control function and sales reporting.
- Forecasting customer receipts for cashflow.
- Assisting with month-end duties – bank reconciliations, petty cash
- Working with the Stock Accountant and Ops team to raise AR invoices
- Implementing systems and process to improve credit control and AR processes.
- Customer reconciliations
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure Netsuite (accounting system) records reflect customer bank details, address details and contact details are accurate as well as salesforce.
- Preparing procedure notes.
- Preparing the sales ledger information for Audit and assisting with the Year-End Processes.
- Support the AR Manager and FP&A Team tasks in adhoc tasks as required
