Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Isle of Sheppey : HMP Swaleside
Salary: £22,600
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, Day time only

No two days on our HMPPS contract are the same. You will play an integral and leading role in offender's lives, where you will work with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation in a warehouse environment. Here's what we need from you:

• A good understanding of operational processes
• Able to communicate at all levels with an IT understanding
• Able to work in a demanding fast pace environment

The key responsibilities in this role include:-

• You will be managing the stock, while also hands on picking, packing and distributing the goods throughout the prison.
• Managing a group of Prisoners in a work environment
• To ensure operational KPI's are met and exceeded
• Be able to work in a prison environment
