Position: Transport Co-ordinator-Night shift 21:30-05:30
Location: Ryton, Coventry
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Sunday to Thursday
Closing Date: 20th March 2023
Salary £26,000 plus 20% shift premium £5,200

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
• Briefing and Debriefing of drivers ensuring all relevant systems are update • Co-ordination of collection and delivery of goods - including daily and weekly planning • Preparation of transport and customer documents - ensure compliance with standard operating procedure • Accurately entering information onto various operational systems • Working as a team and escalating any potential issuesYou won't find another job like the one you'll find with DHL Supply Chain. - 1-2 years of experience working in a transport office environment
- An understanding of WTD and drivers hours regulations
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Being able to work as part of a busy team
- Ability to follow work procedures
- Experience of dealing with drivers and the associated administration
